Who wants to be a Foxy Lady?!

I have a vivid (and sometimes wild) imagination and in my minds eye I roar about our twisting and narrow Cornish country lanes in an open-topped little sporty number, complete with red lipstick and my flowing hair billowing along behind me in my very own jet-stream….

But for me, the reality of being the proud owner of a swanky sports car is
  • where would my children sit
  • where would I put my groceries
  • & where would I get those long blonde tresses from…
… and that, dear reader is why I currently drive a much more practical car rather than the vehicle of my dreams!
Thankfully my trusty 2007 Mercedes-Benz A Class fits both my family lifestyle & my feminine personality to a T!
I love that my dear little A Class is small enough to cope with narrow country lanes and with its nifty power steering can negotiate supermarket car parks with ease, yet it is still roomy enough to seat 5 in comfort and have space in the boot for groceries or even suitcases.

I love my easy to use cup holders and they are definitely a utility I would actively look for when deciding on a new vehicle.
I appreciate gadgets and really like the car stereo and trip computer controls which are cleverly incorporated on the steering wheel.
Mercedes have launched the new A Class model and I’ve recently had the pleasure of taking a test drive at our local dealership Mercedes-Benz of Truro; where customers can be assured of a warm welcome and the best attention from both the female & male members of the very knowledgeable sales team.

Choosing the right model and make of your next car can be a headache and to help make those all important decisions it can be wise to do some online research before heading out to view any cars.
I’ve recently discovered Foxy Lady Drivers Club: Car Reviews; this helpful site is marvellous for providing no nonsense, easy to understand and highly practical car reviews especially for women.
In addition to insightful and independent car reviews, Foxy Lady Drivers Club offers its members great value for money car insurance, extra money saving offers and VIP garage services not to mention provides articles on tyre safety and even car dealerships.

I’ve just bought a Vauxhall Astra estate with a much bigger engine than I had in my old car, and it’s so nice to not be chugging up hills! Not quite a sports car though and I’m a little jealous of your cup holders! 😉

Thanks for linking up to #PicknMix

I love driving and it was something I always wanted to do. However cars don’t interest me at all, so i’m not fussy

I’m honestly clueless when it comes to cars, so I’ll have to check out their website and reviews if ever need be. I’m about to buy my Mum’s old car, so luckily there’s not much I need to worry about as I know it’s a good car for me!

Glad you enjoyed your test drive it must feel so luxurious to drive a Mercedes with the wind blasting past. I don’t know how to drive but can still appreciate the beauty of the car.
